Chaz

This film is set in the 'future', 1997, when the population of the planet has been ravaged by the Black Plague. Chaz is the chauffeur for a wealthy businessman and his daughter, while driving near the plague zone. An escaped criminal kills his boss and takes the girl hostage. Chaz feels it is his duty to rescue her from the plague zone, and hires a Zero Man (someone who carries the disease, but cannot spread it) to help. This movie is bizzare and one of the worst I've ever seen, but Jeffrey deserves some credit. He's the best actor in it. (Doesn't he look a bit like Herbert with those glasses and that suit?)
